ABOUT THE BUILD
This building comprises of 1 U/G basement (storage tanks & plant room), 3 floors of basement car parking, ground floor (entrance lobby/DG room/substation/security room), 7 podium levels of car parking, 19 floors of offices and 4 roof floors (MEP plant rooms).
The total built up area is 1,170,000sq ft.
The scope of work included:
- Centrifugal chiller, cooling tower, chilled water pumps, condensed water pumps, side stream filtration pump, pressurisation pumps
- Air handling units (AHU’s/FAHU’s) and fan coil units
- Kitchen extract ducts/kitchen extract fan
- Parking ventilation with SA/RA plenums & fans
- Fan for general extract/toilet extract/ pressurisation/make up air
